Homeownership Roundtable: Keys to the Missing Middle Market

DavisPlaceForWeb.jpg

Is Arlington doing enough to provide homeownership opportunities for middle income households?

The Arlington County 2015 Affordable Housing Master Plan set an objective of 28.4 percent of new ownership stock added by 2040 to be affordable to households between 80-120 percent of AMI.

Join AHS and other local real estate leaders at this roundtable to learn more about what has been done to date to work toward this goal and to help set priorities for the future.

Hear from Erik Gutshall, Arlington County Board member who has been an advocate
for more action on “missing middle housing” in Arlington.
